Can the doses still work if you have your eyes open?

Ive heard some people say they get effects from putting the dose on and just continuing messing around on the computer. Ive always done it with eyes closed, but i think mentally some people need to stay busy or visual because their mind wanders wayyy too much on its own.

I do this.

You don't really need to even stay all that focused on it tbh. You can pretty much just have it playing whenever and you'll still get the effects.
