Questions to achieve full dose effects

I recently heard about i-doser from one of my friends. He tried Lucid Dream, and said that it was a great experience. I decided to try it out for myself. I've tried a bunch of doses, but I'm having trouble getting results. Maybe I just need to keep doing it until my brain is used to it, but I have a few questions about how I do it correctly.

1. Should I lay down, or is sitting fine?
2. Do my eyes need to be closed?
3. Should I be listening to the beat, counting backwards, or what?
4. How long does it take for a dose to kick in? *
5. Can I achieve the same effects with a QH?
6. Do I feel the effects during the dose or after the dose?
7. Does listening to music while I dose help or distract?
8. What is the best dose to see results for recent dosers?

* Whenever I try a dose, I always feel as though it lasts FOREVER! I also get up a lot to see how far I've gone /: Maybe I need to be patient, and relax for the the full 100%
