Counting backwards?

I used to do this, I'm not sure if it worked though. When I say stuff in my head, I actually like here my voice and it like makes me not hear the doses ... But even I'm not, is my brain still registering the beats?

Counting can be effective in going into a trance, which is want you want to do when you dose.

Counting up just makes me bored. I'm like at 120 or something.. Great ive been counting for 2 minutes.. another 28 minutes of this? And counting backwards is kinda like idk I fall asleep too sometimes, but I'm just a tired person... Ill fall asleep if I close my eyes for 10 minutes

it makes me bored too...I just chill and let my brain do what it wants while still focusing on the beats.

its so hard for me to fall asleep at night!!! it'll take at least an hour for me when i am tired... unless my head bobs up and down im so tired, that'll take about 5 minutes
