It's pretty legit that's how I found out about idoser (earlier today) and I bought it at the AppStore. it's a good buy for sure, now I just gotta figure out how to work the thing...

I have this, does it really work? Does the background noise make a difference? And why are they all at most 15 minutes, while the application ones go up to 45?

I think they made them so you can get the effects rather quickly because one of the whole concepts of the app is to have it "on the go." The doses in the actual I-Doser program assume you have time and try to get you the best effects.
