what is a good and effective beginner dose??

hey...
i´ve tried stuff like alcohol, hat made me a bit dizzy but nothing more...now i want to try something with real effects to proof that it works on me...but the problem is that i´m too easy to scare and dont want to try out all this extra-hard stuff, because i´m afraid it will turn into madnedd or an horrortrip...
please help me finding something to get into all those other doses!!

I would recommend doing the Marijuana or French Roast dose first. try to avoid the strong stuff like White Crosses or Black Sumshine
