Does the normal Heroin, Marijuana, Crack and Speedball have those scary noises that are in Inhalant,MarijuanaQH etc?

No. But the noises aren't scary either. I've never tried inhalant but you get used to the noises your second time.

If you never tried i don't think you can say it isn't scary. But AFAIK MarijuanaQH, Inhalant and Gates of Hades are the only doses that make use of distortion in the beats.

Adrenochrome also has these sounds. They can all give you a little jump once in a while, if you're really deep into the tones and not prepared for them, but Inhalant has by far the weirdest/scariest/most surprising. I'd put it right up there with GoH!

adrenchrome and inhalant have these freaky sounds...its like every sound is gone and then from nowhere these freak out sounds appear
i havent tried et speedball but i dont think the others you mentioned have freak sounds
