Where to get doses

I just started using I doser one day ago. I heard that the full doses are 30 minutes long and the medium doses are 15 minutes long. Where is the best place to download them? I have an Itouch and the iTunes store has the 15 minute doses.

You can get the .drg dose files and the player application for the PC. Those tend to be longer. http://www.i-doser.com and select computer link or just go to http://www.i-doser.com/store

Usually the longer doses tend to be stronger. There are a few exceptions though, such as the Marijuana and MarijuanaQH doses, where the shorter one (MarijuanaQH) is actually stronger because of this static stuff it has in it.

I use to think the same, but I think it depends on the indiviual. The 15 minute mp3s work with greater effect on me than the doses without the ambience. I've recently been playing ocean sounds and other noises behind the doses which allows me to concentrate better and do more of my favorite doses that there aren't mp3s for. I'm on the beach right now and the wave noises backed the adderall dose I just finished and it was much easier to concentrate.
