It's really not. It's not really even all of a sudden, either, it just kind of slowly comes in. Just make sure to keep the dose at a low volume and it's fine.

I actually just got to try speedball recently, and it's a pretty interesting dose. I can really feel the individual effects of the Cocaine and Heroin doses mixing. It's really cool feeling the warm sedation of Heroin and the edgy rush of Cocaine at the same time.
