Astral project

During astral project I was spring through the sky flying. Is this the right experience?

Thats exactly what happened to me! Except eventualy I landed in like China or India or something and walked along a dirt path surrounded by some trees with flower pedals falling from the sky until I reached a pavillion where a man stood who looked at me with the most loving eyes and sweetest smile I have ever seen. That was by far my favorite dose experience.

Wow, i had a completly different reaction to you both. I felt as if i was invisible and i was controlling someone else, through their eyes as in a parallel universe or something. I would say it has been my favourite dose by far.

Sounds like you've been roaming the astral plane, or atleast on the edge. You have no body in this plane which explains skinwings description.
