i had a conscious astral projection, i think. i lay there, i cant move and a being is talking to me. my eyes are open and i can hear the tv. anyways, i get up and call y friend and tell him about it.
he tells me that one time he was in school and he lost focus for a second and found himself pulled out of his chair. he looked around the class and when he saw himself he suddenly was back in the chair.
is this possible? i mean those sensations of falling at night we all get, i believe is a small OBE but this is strange.
