Do you have to concentrate.

Hey guys I wanted to ask in the doses do you have to concentrate to the sounds or can you like text or look at the computer or whataver, cause I tried like 7 doses and didnt get any effect. I am sitting on the bed with the beats headphone and listening to marijuana but i feel soooo little high maybe not even supposed to say... but am I supposed to concentrate?

You don't really have to concentrate. Sometimes concentrating too hard can throw it off because you're worried about it working.

Well, for me at least, I need to concentrate on the sound only, and have no other thoughts running through my mind. Only sound... otherwise it won't work for me.

it feels like a dream for me...cant stop thinking about weird stuff when O.o but the doses i tried till now, kinda worked for me

So could you walk around doing your daily things whilst you have headphones on attached to your ipod or whatever and listen to binarual beats and they would have the same effect? or would a person need to be laying down relaxing?

I wouldn't recommend to "walk around doing your daily things" while you're on anything not just i-doser, but that's just me.

I found it best to be relaxing, that way you have nothing to distract you
