Can My Friend Take my headphones off In The Middle of one

Hey i am wondering if im with a few friends can they take off the headphones while i am asleep listening to one of them? i heard it can put you into cardiac arrest.

Besides, if you fall asleep on them the effect will still linger after the dose is finished, so you'll still get the same freaky dreams whether you listen to all of it or not. But definitely no way they can mess your heart up.
