I have recently been introduced to I-Doser. The first couple of nights I was using it, I was using my apple earbuds (bad idea, I know). After cleaning up a few things, I found some of my old HD201 Sennheiser headphones that I bought when I purchased my piano. I read some reviews on a website and it said it is a binaural pair of headphones. Anyway, I was wondering if I would need to upgrade or if these will work fine. Any insight will help tremendously.

I've used headphones ranging from the crappy iPod ones to Bose and Sony worth 100$ or more. I looked at your headphones, and they have a good Hz range (21-18,000 HZ). Most Doses are in that range, with few going up to 20,000 Hz. Their site just shows the ones THEY use. Yours should work, and if you feel you want something better, try finding ones with a wide Hz range. It may cost more, but it definitely helps
