I tested Nitrous, QuickHappy, NitrousQH, TripQH, MarijuanaQH

I can't focus! When I'm listening the dose what should I think?

Try focusing on the sound and counting backwards from a big random number, like 326 or 768 or something like that. Try some more intense doses too. The QH doses don't work really well for most people. I know 30min can seem like a long time to listen to something, but once you get into the dose, it doesn't seem long.
So, stay away from the QH, and try more intense stuff.

You could buy one of the approved I-Doser headphones like I did and you can try to use the I-Doser application also. Some people do not react on the mp3's and some not on the application. So if the mp3's do not work for you after some time you could try the I-Doser application. You can download it from: www.i-doser.com/download

Ok but keep in mind that earbuds do not work for everyone. If you don't get effects with the application after some time either, you should think of getting some headphones. But for now you can stick with earbuds if you like them.

It does. The App usually helps get you used to the beats. Just close your eyes, lay on your bed, and count very slowly from a high, 3 digit number and jsut focus

Also, the Qh dont work very well
