Any recommendations for a new user?

Hi I just got the idoser app for the ipod and I have been trying all the doses that are available as well as doing all the recommended things (lying in a dark room, clearing the mind, etc.) but most of the time I just end up falling asleep. I am also using skullcandy hesh headphones which are supposed to be good. What dose do you guys think I should start out with? And what should I be focusing on? Is this something that requires constant practice? Any help is appreciated!

Try using the computer app, or making sure you stay awake. The iPod app will help you prepare yourself for the computer app. And yes, doing will require practice before you get working results. Since the iPod doses are so short, falling asleep can be an issue (by not waking up in time for results). Definitely keep yourself awake, and then try dosing again

Hey there! It didn't take me long to get used to it. I got very slight results within my first day. It depends on how much you dose up. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go do some AcidQH.
