I use them but I also switch off with mixing headphones i use for recording.

What is the difference between the different generations if Ipod nano? There are lots of different generations of Ipod Nano and i can't really see that much difference in the different generations.

The ipod/iphone/ipad included white ear buds are too poor quality to be effective with binaural brainwaves.
