Theta Experience

I just finished listening to the theta dose on the iphone app and after I was finished, I felt very at peace and even sort of "floaty." Are these somewhat the effects that one is supposed to get from this dose? I'm definitely going to continue listening to it though!

feels like you just finished sleeping. but the feeling is too long. and thoughts are clear and plentiful too
