I recommend that you use, I-Doser 5 (purchased), you're not going to lose sound quality, since the quality exported by the I-Doser is 329kb (in my case)

Yes, use the paid version of I-Doser to convert .drg file to mp3. We use a special encoding method to get the best results from conversion. Any other method of conversion and they wont work.
