Are Resets Necessary?

Alright, I just did Gates of Hades like 20 minutes ago. I heard that you should reset after each dose? is this true? or can I just go to bed and do another dose tomorrow?

Resets help in some cases to be able to do another dose right after. Your brain will return to it's normal state 99% of the time within 30 minutes to a hour after listening.

Not unless you feel a need to get your brain back to how it felt before you took the dose. That's what reset does. I usually like to stay kinda high after the doses, so I rarely use reset. I think reset is mostly used for when people want to try more than one dose in a day, they'll listen to one does, then listen to reset, then listen to the next dose.
