A very short question about Hz and doses

Post by Luckyno »

That's it, a very short question about that. I have a Headphones with that frequency [13Hz - 27kHz]
I have read that a [20Hz - 20kHz] it's okay, then i supose that my phones work even better but i ask it anyway.
The other think i wanna know is wich doses work better with the frequency of my headphone, cos i have seen some topics around the forum that say: alpha, beta, gamma, delta just work with some frequencies, more lower than the frequencies that my headphones has...

I think published frequency response is not necessarily going to tell the whole story. What would a dynamic range plot look like for those frequencies? I would rely more on reviews, brand, and first hand comparison if you can. Review, brand, and price probably mean as much as published freq. response. The equipment driving the headphones is important too. I only listen on my iPod because my computer's built in sound circuitry is so noisy. Noise kills doses.

I honestly can not say that the frequency response in your headset will play a significant role in how the different Hz ranges in the Pure doses affect you.. They say to have a med/upper end headset.. You don't have to go wild with it as long as the quality is on par... the Hz in the different ranges (Beta, Alpha, Theta, Delta, Gamma) are simply a calculation of CPS or cycles per second. If your brain is operating in the Alpha range (8-12 Hz) it means that your brainwaves are "flowing" at a rate of 8-12 cycles per second....Theres a difference..Hope this helps.. I've done a bunch of research on the different brain waves.. If you'd like to know more just keep it in this thread or feel free to pm me.
