They say for Hallucinogenic doses, you should always keep your eyes closed to get the best effects. There are some doses that last longer then when you are listening to them well after they are done. My advice is to listen to the dose with your eyes closed and then when finished see the results.

when you can focus well on the dose if you keep open your eyes, but near the end it's cool!
Re: Eyes?
I've found that it is possible to receive the intended effects of the dose with your eyes open..but this is not the case for EVERY one.. What I do is zone my physical focus out to the point where its set only on the sound.. Kind of difficult to explain but I'm sure as an experienced doser you know what I'm gettin at.. Like anything else it takes practice..But in the end, eyes closed is the fail-proof way..TheGuide wrote:Eyes closed for the most part is better. When getting a good effect off a dose your body is in a trance/sleeplike state. Opening the eyes might not kill the effect 100% but will really bring you out of it a bit.

unless you have lots of idose and meditation experience then always have your eyes closed. leave them closed for 10-20 seconds after it is done then open. some doses will have effects after the dose with your eyes open. also some people have reported effects 30-40 minutes after the dose ended.
