Dilaudid

This would be a crazy strong dose. Dilaudid is more potent than heroin. I'd just like to see the creators come up with this dose because for the experienced doser, sometimes heroin isn't strong enough.

Hydromorphone... I thought we had something like this. Or I think it was mentioned in the Oxy description. Stronger heroin would be crazy though.

This was my first thought, when I saw the forum topic. Hydromorphone definitely has it's own very different, specific nuances; imo not captured in the other doses. I haven't tried cliffhanger, but wonder about the body-feel I imagine produced by that dose... there's a "falling through the bed“ feeling when dilaudid first hits, that's very different from the warm rush of heroin or others.
