You haven't fully completed it. you must complete it in order to get the full effects. next time, don't try it if you don't have enough courage.

The first fifteen to twenty minutes is a low frequency to get your mind completely relaxed and blanked out for the upcoming frequencies. They both have the same low one to start, its the last half that really brings effects
