Tried I-Dose, didn't work, suggestions?

Alright, so i tried Trip, and nothing. I decided to then try Alcohol, still nothing... All I get is a headache from the constant sounds. I am laying down in a dark room when I try it, with $80 headphones that are stereo. So any suggestions on how to make it work?

It has for other people; too many to assume that they're all lying, that's for sure.
From a bit of lurking I recommend trying Condition. Also from a bit of lurking I've found that different doses work better on different people.
