Best dose for new users?

I'm new to I-Doser, and so far not one of the doses (except for Content) has worked. I was going for maybe Anesthisia, or Morphine next, so which one works better?

And can I have some tips on how to make this work? Because, I have no bed next to my computer, and where my computer is there are gigantic windows. I usually just put my darkest jacket(s) over my head, and that works. I just bought I-Doser aproved headphones, JVC ones, and they sound pretty nice.

But just any tips? I find it hard to concentrate on one thing and all, so any help is appreciated. Oh yeah, and should I count backwards from a high number? Or could I count by 2's, 3's, 6's?

Hey there sounds like your doing it right. I usually try breathing deep like I'm Meditating in though my nose and out my mouth. You could try laying down that works better for me.

Some doses that work good for me are marijuana, hash, white crosses, opium, and any of the sleeping ones like insomniac. Hope I was of some help.

I would count backwards... it takes more concentration to do that.

Why would you want to count numbers to concentrate?

I thought you had to just relax and focus on the sound? Or should I be thinking about other things?

if u can meditate and clear your mind that helps me i dont ever count i just do the same things i do when i meditate and get in a good trace.

i would suggest inhalant, hand of god, or crack. they all work very good and all very fun.

I don't count backwards, but sometimes I follow my breath. I put part of my attention on following what my breath is doing and think "One" for exhale and "Two" for inhale. You can get lost even working with just two numbers. LOL

The ones that worked best for me starting out were Nitrous and Marijuana QH. They're shorter than the average I-Dose too, so that may work for you since you're having problems concentrating. Nitrous will kind of make you "up" and energized, while Marijuana one is more just euphoria and shouldn't make you hyper. I use both of those often.
You mentioned Morphine, it's one of my favorites, but sometimes I find it hard to relax into. Once you can it's GREAT though. I tried Anesthesia once, the sensation was weird, but I didn't love it.

1. get an extension cord so you can use your bed. it helped be.
2. try with moderate doses and work up to very strong doses like bufo toad
