Can't get into trance. Please Help.

I have been trying this for a while now.
I focus on the beat that doesn't work.
So I start counting down from 847 that doesn't work.

I get really relaxed but I have no idea on how to get into the trance, or how do I know I'm getting in one.

Just lay down, make sure you're using quality headphones. Earbuds will not work. Lay down, and clear your mind of everything.
