i recommend the I-Doser app for iPod and (i think) Android works good

i put *'s by the 1s i felt effects with

Hand of God*
Gates Of Hates*
Spirit Unleash*
Green*
A-Bomb*
Black Sunshine
White Crosses
i think thats it i have tried several but somtimes they dont all work any advice(i would rather tips from ppl with the app) like i mean what setting should i put it on CLM STM or LEV??

i usualy do the normal close my eyes no lights on lie in bed relax but sometimes i do them on bus with jacket on my head to block light

I can get good effects off of Adrenaline and Taurine even if I'm on my computer or something.
