Great idea for a new dose!
Great idea for a new dose!
Well, some of you might not think it is great, but i think it's just... marvelous. Astonishing. Awesome. Amazing.
Ok, are you ready? Well, here it is. How about a dose that just makes time go by? Nothing more, nothing less. Make it quickhit, and after you finish the dose which you think it lasted 10 minutes (and it was), in reality three hours have passed (for example). Make those binaural beats to somehow tricks mind how much time really has passed. To somehow stretch the time of dose in our heads. Shouldn't be too complicated.
I know what you think: What the **** do we need this for? Well, let's say you have a plan for evening, but you don't know what to do until then. There's nothing on tv, outside is raining, there's no one at home. You just want time to go by, but you don't want to sleep because you might be late, or you just don't like that feeling when you wake up after you slept during the day (i don't like it, for example). This dose would be just perfect for that.
So, what do you think?

He's not saying it will seem like a three hour dose, he's saying that after you do it three hours will seem like 10 minutes.skatekid24 wrote:so how it seem like a 3 hour dose? is it during the dose, that 3 hours passes, like, it ends but you just don't know? i'm confused
I would really use this dose carefully, it's not often that you want to waste that kind of time. Especially since most of the people on this forum are young. It's kind of a bad thing to waste time like that when you are a kid, because life goes by fast anyway.
Even so, it might not even be possible.
Not going to work. Only doses that have similar effects are the ones that make you sleep. I suppose a good dose would make you feel so awesome that time would fly, but I dont think a dose can actually do what you are suggesting. Even if they could do that, it would suck. What if I needed to go to work or a family member was in the hospital and I was totally out of it? Forget that.
Re: Great idea for a new dose!
How about the 10 minute QH during which you "feel" 3 hours time has passed but in reality, only 10 mins have passed? It should give good amount of rest.
Re: Great idea for a new dose!
I'm kind of with the masters guy, you never know what could happen during those three hours, you could be using that dose often, and... idk such a thing would be hard, or impossible to make, I think.
Now, if there was a dose that could triple your reaction time, or more... that would be awesome, off topic I know.
Off topic: You will pay with your blood! Sheesh, Ordinators just hate me these days....

Ordinator mentioned this on my topic ( http://www.i-doser.com/forum/viewtopic. ... 31&p=45770 ) and it seems like we both got similar ideas. I found an interesting effect, called the Rysset rhythm, which could make this dose become true.
BTW, I think it could be much useful making the world go slower (and your brain faster), as this could mean learning faster (studying for 1 hour the same as if you did for a week), faster reflexes (as MrHaggs44 said), etc. More time to live.
And I think this should be possible. When we change the frequency of the brain, we are actually doing the same. The only problem is that usually we need to go through a very long adaptation time for tricking the brain into following the freq, and with the Rysset rhythm we can do that instantaneously. Also we would need to trick the senses, and it's easy with this effect. Globally it's not difficult to do, I think.
