YES! You just think about your breathing. Not like you're thinking (why is my breathing so slow?) but thinking about the volume of the breathing. That's the way everybody should adjust the volume too. If you hear your breathing, turn it up so you can't anymore! :D It's hard to explain how to think about breathing in the right way, but when you try it, you'll feel it!

Another breathing technique is called punjai(not sure how it's spelled) breathing, from a Tibetan form of yoga and meditation practice.
Pretty much, you breath through your nose, but cause a slight constriction in your throat, so that you can feel the air passing through. It should also be more audible, sounding like a cobra's hiss. Beyond that, you focus on the quality of the breath. The air coming in should feel smooth and steady, like sipping through a straw, and going out it should smooth again, like pouring oil or honey. It sounds complicated, but take a few moments to get it all lined up, and it becomes second nature.
Putting this specific focus on your breath helps quiet down the monkey-brain chatter, and you'll learn to attain a mental silence, which opens your mind to the i-doser effects a lot more.
