It won't work! Am I doing something wrong??

I've tried several doses, it's been 2 months now, I do it every night, and still nothing.
Is there a particular part I am suppose to listen to? I don't think about anything, I lay down in a dark comfortable room in my bed and don't move or anything, I use Skullcandy Skullcrushers, and have also used $80 Studio Sony headphones, so Why isnt it working???

My guess is you aren't properly meditating. I cant stress enough that the biggest key is a clear mind :3

Or you are using fake or torrented doses. Those wont work at all.

Well what part do you usually listen to? I usually listen to the tone throughout the whole thing.
