Ecstacy is like the durring sex feel
Orgasm is well... the orgasm
Multiple O is extra intense orgasms
Extend is the feeling after orgasming
Masochist is painful pleasure

But thats my oppinion. I love them all a lot and HIGHLY recomend them to sexually tense people. You got a dose for every mood your in.
