Hello IDoser Forum!
I have been requested to write some sort of a guide to idosing. I want to know what you all would like to see as part of the contents. I am going to be providing research and history on idosing and binaural beats and how they are used in todays medical practices. I am also going to include methods for relaxation and meditation. Even just using an idose in general. But I want to know what specifically do you all want to see?

Well personally i want to see more relaxation,meditation,how to breath,on what to focus and things that are gonna put us more easily in that trance state.

Just about everything you know. Go through the whole process of getting ready, what you do before, what you focus on, what dose yields what effect, you know?

I want to appologize for the time that this is taking me. I have a lot with work to deal with and I also have my mental disabilities that I have to try working though. But I promiss its coming. I am also doing alot of research to make my information acurate.
