Effect only during the dose?

Ok i have been dosing recently i have found for myself it seems the mobile version of I-Doser is right for me. Only the mobile version is able to get decent effects. The only Dose i was able to get some subtle effects was out of body but it wasn't much at all. I have been reading up on this for a while and people report the effects of doses lasting like an hour or more after the dose?! I have been only to get effects during the dose once i open my eyes all effects are gone. Is this normal or have i still need to get a breakthrough?

A lot of times the dose can last a very long time but it changes based on your brain activity. If you use the Hash dose and your stoned out of your mind dont jump up right after the dose. Take the headphones off and enjoy the feeling. When you become active your brainwaves will alter thus changing what you feel.
