Eye Mask question while dosing!

Well today I just bought a eye mask to help block out all the light. I was wondering now that I have it, can I keep my eyes open, or do I still have to close them?


Please help.

I keep my eyes open when I am doing with a blindfold on. I still get full hallucinations.
