Actually this is very possible, if the dose played the frequency to hit the sphicter zone (brown note) you could actually poop yourself, movie makers tried this once thinking if they could make the viewers feel like they were about to poop themselves it would enhance the scare effects of movies, instead,it left with A LOT of viewers having to change their undergarmnets....
