Sleeping while dosing ?

Hey guys!
I'm new to I-Doser, most doses didn't work for me, i've tried 4 doses and i didn't felt anything...

While using I-Doser
While using I-Doser just follow these tips.

-Relax and don't think about anything, I know this is hard to do so you have to practice.

- Sleep.

- Get comfortable because you don't want to move around while using I-Doser or else your brain will be too preoccupied and won't concentrate on the dose.




Are we really supposed to sleep during the dose ?

Uhhhhhh no this information is inaccurate.

To make a Dose work you need a few things.

You need good headphones.

You need to practice your meditation.

You also need legit IDoser brand Doses! I can not stress this enough.

You need to find a quiet calm comfortable place. Turn off the lights. Put on a kind of blindfold to block the light. Get comfortable. When your dosing you need to relax and clear your mind. Dont think of anything. Let the dose become your thoughts. Dont fall asleep.

My MP4 left headphone doesn't work, so i used my mobile phone's headphone....
Do they work ?

By the way, what's a good dose for begginers ? Not a big one, like a 10 - 20 minutes dose that makes your body react to it, with this i mean, a dose that messes up with the body and not with our "feelings".

There us no good short doses for beginners.
I also can not tell you if your headphones will work.

For the record too. The sleeping doses, your meant to fall asleep after you finish the dose.

Don't try quick hits until you can get a normal length dose to work or you are likely to be disappointed.

Also, what's the best steroid dose for basketball ?? HGH, JuiceIT or Adrenaline ?

I have not tried any but I know HGH is a very powerful stimulant from word of mouth. But from reviews Juice it seems like something to get you amped up. Kinda like slamming a couple monsters Like I said though I have not used any of those doses.

Haha I wish but no IDoser has me for free xD. I would get a job but seeing as I am moving to Texas and they are located in New York that would be impossible for me : ( I would have taken the proper college courses too T^T

It's kinda awkward to be uncovered while your eyes are closed xD

Can i dose in the bus ?

Well if you have good headphones that block noise. It cant be noise canceling. Also You would need a blindfold. You wouldnt be able to sit next to someone who will be bumping you and the rockiness of the bus is likely to disturb you.
