Problems while dosing

1 - I kinda get nervouse before/during the dose, specially when the sound rhythm changes, i think i just need to pratice my mediatation, is that it ?

2 - Everytime i start a dose, i fall asleep like 15 minutes after the dose starts! Anything to prevent that ??

Do it when you feel awake. Set on a happy, safe, atmospheric mp3 that make you relax.

Buy i-doser premium it has option to load mp3 background or buy mp3 doses, it has already loaded ambient sounds in it... If you mix dose and other mp3 it could kill the effects... and falling asleep, if i fall asleep during the dose i better shut it off and try it other day or when i feel more awake... OR maybe condition could help if you don't fall asleep during it

Oh, that's little weird nah? I've never fell asleep just because of boredom, when I'm completely awake... And I don't get how you can get bored during the dose... Maybe just first few minutes until i don't feel any effects but then it gets interesting and i'm not bored at all...
