Possible chance of becoming deaf?

Well yeah, this is a beginner question. But I didn't pay + - $15 on the guide for nothing. The man himself said I should come here and you guys will lovingly answer anything I have to ask. But it's not the first time I've asked this. When producing dubstep, especiallly when it comes to loud wobbles, that make my ear ring, I always ask myself "If I continue to listen to this like that, will I eventually become deaf/partially deaf?"

I need my ears. We all need our ears. It's something not everyone can live without. Now with dosing, my ears don't usually leave a ringing sound (which is a bad thing) but I do experience funny/weird sounds coming from my ears at times.. how do I put it... it kinda hurts, but it's quick, and it doesn't hurt to the extent where I have to take my phones off.

So, by listening to doses at a good, hearable and non-disturbing sound level, is there still a chance that it might get me deaf/partially deaf?

0.00% chance of becoming deaf , cause seizures or any other kind of deficiency/disease.

I don't think there is a chance to become deaf by listening to doses (maybe just a really small) but anyway there is definitely chance you can get tinnitus if you will play to doses on high volume... But this doesn't mean it's caused by doses, you can get tinnitus by listening to every other sound on high volume so in this way, like brunoc said, I-Doser is completely safe

Studies have been done that show extended periods of exposure to loud noise causes hearing loss. Extreme noises can rupture the ear drum too. But iPods, computers and all those with standard setups and no amplification is not harmful for short periods of time. The average amount of time it takes to experience hearing loss with headphones at high volume is about an hour. Most doses dont even come close to an hour. But even the ones that do you should be listening to them at a comfortable volume. In short it can cause deafness but likely it wont ever happen.

Look at the bold text , if the dose is at a good ,hearable and non-disturbing sound level , there is no chance of becoming deaf.
If you listen to it too loud , you should get tinnitus like they said

yup pretty much and tinnitus is a form of hearing loss which can progressively get worse to total hearing loss
