It will work for guys as well as for womens...
Well, that's kinda hard question because everyone of use is different and it works different for every person but what I can say from my experience, it's not like usual orgasm, it's something else, something pure... Like you're just going to cum but it stops and you feel nice like that for good amount of time. Like I said, it's not like orgasm but it's great anyway, I would say it's better, but I can't because it's just different... You must try it, hard to describe...
