Expecting it

Post by Cboy1998 »

This is probably the wrong topic but...

What would happen if you were doing the dose and expecting something to happen and then the dose doesn't work correctly. I do this several times when im dosing and i expect what to happen and im wondering if when your expecting what to happen does that effect the outcome of the dose and if it does how can you stop expecting what to happen??

Also is it normal to hear in some of the tracks (condfidece) about a quarter of the way through go silent for about half a second the resume on a lower tone??

This happen to anywon else??

Thanks :D :D

^ Quite a stupid question, obviously he is. What's your IQ, SpaceMind?

@OP - Don't think about what's going to happen to you when you listen to the dose, I know since I've done the same quite a lot of times, just listen to the dose and feel it. Your mind, everything should be focused on that dose. Not on the fan, not on how itchy you are, just the dose.

Yup, this happens to everyone i think. You just need to "clear your mind". Pony wrote whole guide about clearing mind by meditating. Take a look ;) http://www.i-doser.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=10307.
And that silence is normal, sometimes goes away just white noise, sometime just binaural beats, and sometimes whole sequence.

:finger: There are many people who don't have much experience with I-Dosing and have been dosing for quite a while, malakas

Lol SpaceMind is the only other active forum vet. He has a lot of experience. And often times you will find experienced people asking stupid questions to better themselves. SpaceMind wanted to know so that he could evaluate the situation and come to an accurate conclusion. This would be nice if your are the OP so you dont get an answer that isn't relevant to what you are asking. The initial problem will be solved much faster.

Also to Cboy1998 I have that all the time. I never know what to expect but usually when the dose is finished I am pretty happy with the results because of how accurate they were.
