need some advice

I have tried dosing without music, with music, and either way i still find my mind wandering during doses. I am ADHD so i know that plays a factor in this. usually when i do play music i tend to play it at the same volume as the dose or quieter sometimes. i also use actual songs with lyrics instead of the default backgrounds that come with the program for PC. anyone have any tips on how i can make my mind concentrate and stop randomly straying off?
