Re: Meditation Techniques
Hey I'd Like to start off by saying thanks for this guide and all your other great reviews you do. I have a quick question about what you meant when you said to meditate. I have tried a few doses and they are hardly working. I think it's mainly because I can't focus and I'm always thinking of a bunch of random stuff. Now when you said to meditate i understood that completely, but I didn't understand when you meant to do it. Do I do it before I start or after, or even during? I wasn't really sure. Thanks for this and I will Try it soon.

Re: Meditation Techniques
I usually begin meditation as the dose starts. But thank you for the fine comments. I appreciate it greatly.

Re: Meditation Techniques
I tried it before just to see if it helped and it sure did. I used the dose A-Bomb since it was suggested for beginners and it was my first one that I felt truly worked and it left me happy and excited to try new doses . thanks for your tips

Re: Meditation Techniques
It takes as long as you make it. Meditation is a skill that for some it takes a life time to acquire perfect meditation where others are more adapt to such a premise. For myself total clearing of the mind usually takes about 10 minutes where others can fall deep in a matter of seconds. It revolves entirely around your control over your body and mind. Even with an ailment such as ADHD deep meditation is quite acquirable though it might take some practice to learn the networks entangled throughout your mind.

Re: Meditation Techniques
After reading this about 7 times ( no joke ) I found out that my problem may be the following: I don't know how to hum ( lol , true... ) When i start to hum , after about 10 seconds , i need to stop , breathe , and start humming again.
Am i supposed to hum like that ? Or should i hum withouth stopping ??

Re: Meditation Techniques
I hum mentally inside my head, no one else can hear it but me. But I know a lot of people who hum out loud and they have to take a breath every so often. but they hum so soft and low that they dont need to take a breath very often. They put their bodies into stasis requiring less oxygen so hums are longer.
Re: Meditation Techniques
Maybe I'll try to hum mentally like you do... lol

Re: Meditation Techniques
I really like to take on a voice inside my head that sounds like a lullaby if that helps at all.
Re: Meditation Techniques
If it works for you It may work for me
Re: Meditation Techniques
SadLittlePony,
You mentioned meditating as the dose starts, does that mean that you dose in the lotus position? or can you? I'm just curious because I know you don't have to but if it helps me to meditate that way then maybe I should try it?
Thanks for all the help you give around the forums. It is greatly appreciated!

Re: Meditation Techniques
How many people have tried counting backwards from a large number to enter a trance? It was the breakthrough method for me, but I am curious to see how popular it is
