Having still problems getting any effects?

Hi, i have been idosing for a while now. Sometimes i feel a little effect (just a little dizzy), but 90% i feel absolutely nothing at all. I have read all the guides and stuff here, and i lay in my bed, lights out, and im completely relaxed, but im steel feeling nothing. Could it be my headphones? I have not the idoser recomended phones, but i have tried all sorts of headphones, headsets, in ear etc... Is the other headsets just recommended because of the noise canceling? I dont get distracted by noises while idosing (i dont live in a town/city), so i dont see that as a porblem, and the frequency range of my headsets are as big as on the recomended headsets. I really want to make idsoer work! Please help me!

You have mentioned everything except what you think while you dose. Please explain clearly what exactly your mind would be when you dose. That is very important.

If your using noise cancellation turn it off right away. That could be a big problem.

I try to think of nothing at all, and i manage to do it. Often im counting too.
