This dose does sound very similar to masochist. But if its not please explain where it would be different.

I always viewed Masochist to be more of a sexual dose, which don't get me wrong is fine but with this one I wanted more of a paralyzing, near-pain inducing intense thrill-ride experience. Something that got the adrenaline pumping as opposed to filling you with raw sexual energy.

Doing this one before Masochist would give you an experience like no other!
