if you use idoser premium and add your background noise does it have to be soft and relaxing or can it be anything ?? (like heavy metal, not that i like it)

I would tailor it to the dose effect. If it was like Serene, I would say yeah, relaxing. But if it was, say Taurine, then do something fast pased like, say DnB.

Well, it doesn't matter what music you choose but i would prefer ambient and relaxing music with no lyrics. The music doesn't have nothing to do with dose or kind of dose but it depends if it will distract you because it's not that good if you're gonna move your head to do beat while listening to the dose so... It's up to you
