hey im Hayden and i tried this about an hour ago and my experience was i laid down relaxed by thinking of white just the colour white nothing really happened i at one point a great explosion of excitement hit in my stomach and my chest was very heavy and hard to breath but this was only for a few seconds then after that i kinda drifted in to sleep then jumped back out and in and out till i woke up with 5 minutes left of the clip

Oh, the mobile version was so weird for me. When the weird deep hebrew voice bro came up my body felt SO LIGHT I swear I think my fingernails touched the ceiling fan

But yeah, don't start with ones that heavy. It'll just mess up all the lesser ones.
