Al right I just got the dose and what ill do is ill use it in various methods and repeat the same workout for the methods..
The workout Ís as follows:
15min brisk walk
10min on the crosstrainer
10min cycling on med-high resistance
50 push ups
60 squats
1 minute iron man/plank
4 X 5 minute kick boxing sparring sessions.
A good indicator of how effective the dose is will be my peak heart rate during the session.. Lower the heart rate, lesser the effort it took me..
My resting heart rate is 63bpm..
Control - 165bpm.
Peak rate using JuiceIT! Before session - 143bpm! (It did something!)
Peak rate using JuiceIT! Before and during session - 140bpm!!
Peak rate using JuiceIT! ONLY during the session - 157bpm...
soo by my experience, JuiceIT! is best used before the session as using it during doesnt have much of an impact and its interruptive...

Depends actually... Its like you have a range of heart rate from resting to peak between which you can work without passing out.. Soo lower the heart rate the more rested you feel.. Hence you can work longer.. But what you can't do is work harder.. So if while cycling you encounter a slope you just couldn't go up you may not still be able to.. However if there's a slope that you couldn't complete because you got too tired or something you might just be able to..

Don't expect to be superman it just gets you in the mood and improves your stamina by a decent bit...
