advice on lucid dreaming?

hi, my friend told me about lucid dreaming about 2 years ago and i have always been fastinated by it and i have tried a little bit here and there but i have never realy been committed. so here i am trying to lucid dream again... i have been reading about lucid dream techniques and tips and have found some helpfull things. i have even started a dream journal.

So... i have been able to relize i am dreamingon occationaly(happens randomly about evry couple of weeks or so) and once i relize i am dreaming it is very hard for me to control myself and usualy i wake up shortly after. if anyone has any tips for me id greatly appriciate it. thanks.

When you realize it, start spinning in circles (inside the dream) and you will be good... Post lucid dreaming queses in the lucid dreaming forum pls.
