Can being on mood stabilizers ruin affect.

Of course then can - they are intended to stabilize mood, and our products simulate moods. Not the ideal mix for good results.

We can't confidently answer that because we don't know your condition or mediation, nor are we licensed to make judgements on prescription medications. Medications also have the ability to alter REM cycles, and important aspect of Lucid dreaming. So, the simple answer: we (nor anybody in this forum) is licensed to answer that question. Problem is even doctors won't really know what to do.. They'll mostly suggest you to stop binaural beats..
