A little question...

Post by Linkinoskol »

Hello.
I have a question about I-doser.
I just started to take doses like, hm 3 or 4 days ago and i have strange effect on me. I get all the physical fellings (like numbing, increased speed of heart beating ect) but get no mental effects.

Trip simply does nothing.

Marijuana makes me very very numb, but i really dont feel any changes in my consciousness. Only small aftereffects like a little bit of giggling and and mood lift (very short and weak effect, maybe it just seemed me) . But no "philosophical or deep thinking" at all.

Nitrous made me feel like my hands are burning. Nothing else.

Can anyone help me please? By the way, does Brain+ really help?

I don't really know, I feel a little bit of the same.. I tihnk it all depends like on your mood pre-dosing too..

Like, I've fallen asleep once or twice through a few of them, and when really hyper Marijuana seemed to work really well, at least it compared to my actions when I was high for real lol...

I am often wondering when they say "concentrate on the music" should I pinpoint on the static and let the other soudns seep in, or ignore the static and conentrate on the up and down of the beeps etc.? Whe nI conentrate on the static i kinda fall int othe more mental, and when I think about the beeps I feel like my eyes are spinning/dizzy lol.

So I'm not really sure?

The first thing to keep in mind is that for most people the doses will not work right away. Give yourself a few tries at different doses to let your brain get used to binaural beats and adjust to this method of inducing chemical reaction.

Also, not only your mood, but your recent diet and state of well-being, among other things, affect how well the dose is received, and what kind of reaction you have. In terms of what sound to focus on, though, I'm still experimenting with this. Curiously, though, I've found that instead of focusing on the sounds, focusing on a scene playing in your head has given me the strongest results. For example, with French Roast, I imagine sitting on a beach where the water and weather are both cold, the waves rolling in and bringing me to an awake and alert state. The waves go hand in hand with the static sounds, so it works well.

Another example is with Ecstasy, where instead of listening to the sounds, I just play out a simple fantasy in my head. I've gotten results more often and stronger than whenever I listen to the sounds without imagining anything.

Also, keep in mind that reaching an almost-asleep state lets you put your mind into a self-hypnotic trance, allowing you to absorb the beats more fully.
